Project Content Introduction:
1. This brake is mainly used for the high-speed shaft braking of wind turbines with a capacity of 1.5MW and above. The working principle is hydraulic braking with spring reset.
2. The active side of this product uses a single-cylinder hydraulic brake, while the passive side achieves braking function through relative motion via reaction force.
3. This product adopts a ketone-based circular stacked one-time molded brake block, which has stable friction performance at high temperatures of 700℃; the soft connection brake block makes installation more convenient and reduces processing costs.
4. The floating mechanism simplifies the structure of the brake, making installation and use convenient, significantly reducing costs.
Application:
The ZSDB-90 hydraulic direct-acting brake is mainly used for yaw braking and rotor braking of wind turbines. It can also be applied to various mechanical drive systems in industries such as lifting and transportation, port loading and unloading, engineering vehicles, metallurgy, cables, and hoisting equipment for deceleration braking and parking braking.

Usage Conditions:
(1) Ambient temperature: Normal type -20℃ to +50℃; Low temperature type -40℃ to +50℃.
(2) The hydraulic oil for the low-temperature type brake should be able to operate normally in low-temperature environments.
(3) There should be no flammable or explosive gases and media in the surrounding working environment.
(4) Brake disc thickness: 15mm-45mm
(5) For outdoor use, products should be corrosion-resistant if exposed to rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media.
