Product Description

Project Content Introduction:

1. This brake is mainly used for yaw braking of wind turbine generators with a capacity of 2MW and above (2.5MW, 3MW). The working principle is hydraulic braking with floating reset.

2. This product adopts a wedge-shaped baffle design process, integrating the baffle with the brake cylinder, and adjusting the brake block through the wedge effect.

3. This product uses a unique connection plate structure, ensuring that the friction plate is positioned without gaps in the length direction, optimizing product performance.

4. The electrical spark implementation of internal penetration technology facilitates the connection between the three cylinders, ensuring smooth output of braking force.

5. It uses a combined split-type friction plate, making it convenient to replace the friction plate without disassembling the entire machine.

6. It employs a double-acting dust ring and arc surface guide, effectively ensuring sealing performance and extending the lifespan of sealing components.

Application:

The DADH120-B hydraulic direct-acting brake is mainly used for yaw braking and rotor braking of wind turbine generators. It can also be applied in various mechanical drive systems for hoisting, transportation, port loading and unloading, engineering vehicles, metallurgy, cables, and lifting equipment for deceleration braking and parking braking.

Main Features:

Adopts a fixed installation design.

Uses a normally open design, driven by a hydraulic station, with rapid action, safe and reliable.

High-performance friction materials, good temperature resistance, and stable friction coefficient.

Small braking gap, short response time, and quicker braking.

Equipped with a leakage oil port to avoid contamination of the brake disc during oil leakage, making it safer and more reliable.

Operating Conditions:

(1) Ambient temperature: Normal type -20℃ to +50℃; Low temperature type -40℃ to +50℃.

(2) The hydraulic oil for the low-temperature type brake should be able to operate normally in low-temperature environments.

(3) The surrounding working environment must not contain flammable or explosive gases and media.

(4) Relative humidity of air should not exceed 95%.

(5) For outdoor use, products should be corrosion-resistant if exposed to rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media.
