Development Path
※ In November 1964, Jiaozuo Mould Factory was established.
※ In 1967, it was renamed Jiaozuo Brake Factory. It was subordinate to the Municipal Bureau of Machinery Industry. It is a local state-owned enterprise owned by the whole people. It was a designated manufacturer of brakes by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. It successfully developed the first YWZ series brake prototype and officially produced it.
※ On November 1, 1996, with the approval of the Jiaozuo Municipal People's Government, Jiaozuo Brake (Group) Co., Ltd. was established, and a new business license was obtained, and it was officially changed to a wholly state-owned limited liability company.
※ In March 1996, it established a joint venture with French ATV company to establish Jiaozuo Ressel Disc Brake Co., Ltd., and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiaozuo Brake (Group) Co., Ltd. in 2007.
※ On September 3, 1998, 35 employee shareholders jointly contributed capital. The original state-owned net assets were invested by Jiaozuo Investment Company as state-owned capital, and the company name was officially changed to Jiaozuo Brake (Group) Co., Ltd.
※ On January 15, 2001, Jiaozuo Brake Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 60 million yuan.
※ On November 25, 2005, Jiaozuo Investment Company signed an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Jiaozuo Jinbiao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Liu Xiaojun, respectively, to transfer the state-owned part of Jiaozuo Brake (Group) Co., Ltd., and withdraw the state-owned equity.
※ In December 2009, Jiaozuo Boric Control Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established as a holding subsidiary of Jiaozuo Brake Co., Ltd.
※ In 2011, the company moved to Boai Industrial Park, Boai County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province.
※ In August 2014, Jiaozuo Brake Co., Ltd. changed its name to Jiaozuo Golden Brake Co., Ltd.
